Overview and Responsibilities of the Medical committee: The Medical Committee is a specialized group within Faranegaran which was formed in order to synergize, transfer knowledge, experiences and skills of doctors at provincial, national and international levels. The Medical committee consists of the following members: 1. The committee’s Chairman 2. The committee’s Secretary 3. Team Managers (both general and specialized) 4. Department Heads (if applicable) Responsibilities: 1. Reviewing the suggestions of the members regarding meeting the demands of the members and presenting plans to achieve the committee’s goals. 2. Planning and making policies regarding the implementation of recreational, educational and other projects and events. 3. Identifying and addressing challenges in the medical community, enhancing communication to find solutions. 4. Conducting assessments to provide optimal services to the community of entrepreneurs and industrialists who are members of Faranegaran. 5. Organizing a conference for doctors, such as the event ” Pezeshk-e-bartar” to recognize the top doctor in the community. 6. Planning, organizing and setting up the required resources for hosting workshops, programs, and educational and research courses with the help of experts. 7. Building a stronger connection between the industry and the university for conducting research projects in the health sector. 8. Effective participation in public benefit programs and other joint programs with the committees and commissions of Faranegaran.
